- Please be sure to repackage your items for return in any parcel container/box that will accommodate them.
- Include your Order ID# and the full name as it would display on your order. This will ensure that your returned items are processed correctly.
- You are also at liberty to choose the courier that works best for you, as there are no return labels to print. Cosy House Collection does not cover the Return Shipping Fees, however, there are also no additional fees involved in processing your Return, therefore you receive a full refund for the items returned.
