Your tracking information can be found in two places:
- When your Cosy products ship, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and providing a link to View Your Order. That link will take you to a page on the Cosy House website that will show you the items you’ve purchased and the tracking number you can use to locate your package
- You can find your tracking information without your confirmation email by going to the Cosy House website and logging into your account. Once you log in, you’ll be taken to the main page where you can see all your orders, current and past. Click on your current order, then which item you would like to track.
