What Causes Pilling?

"Pilling" is an issue that affects many types of fabrics.

The main reason that this happens is as a result of washing linens in hot water and drying them in high heat.

The heat causes the fibers in the linen to break and knot which in turn forms the "pills', or balls, on the linens.

Be sure to wash your linens in cool or cold water and dry on a low heat drying cycle to maintain the integrity of your linens.
