Package Protection Policy

Protection is an optional non-required service that can be added to any order to ensure the safe shipment and delivery of your package. While we do not offer refunds for missing orders, we will either reship your order or provide virtual credit for any orders that include Package Protection. If an issue arises with your order, our Package Protection service will promptly investigate and work to resolve the situation.





Coverage Requirements: For reshipped orders or new orders placed using virtual credit, the following conditions apply: Items are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and do not carry a warranty. Reshipped items remain subject to any applicable manufacturer warranties. All shipments will require a signature upon delivery. Package Protection is non-refundable once the order has shipped, except where required by applicable law.





Important Delivery Information: Some carriers may mark a package as delivered before it has actually arrived. Please allow 48–72 business hours from the marked delivery date for your package to arrive. If you have not received your package within this timeframe, contact us at support@cosyhousecollection.com.
